That’s why if you walk into verizon(or any cell phone store) a phone with no contract will cost you up to seven hundred bucks…cell phone companies actually make less money when you buy it outright…they have to pay apple about five hundred to six hundred for every phone…so now they make about a hundred bucks off you..if you have a two year contract…the cell phone companies make about a grand a year off you in profit
